Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy

We strive to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time, materials, and preparation required to host high-quality workshops and events. Please review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

Private Parties & Private Events

Private events require advance planning, instructor scheduling, and the purchase of additional materials.

  • Cancellations made at any time will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • The remaining balance is non-refundable due to committed staffing, materials, and scheduling.
  • This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Regularly Scheduled Workshops (Individual Bookings)

For individual guests attending our regularly scheduled workshops:

  • Full refunds available prior to 48 hours’ notice or credits can be provided for future classes.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    You may receive a partial refund of 50% or credits can be provided for future classes.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:
    No refunds or credits can be provided.
  • No-shows:
    No refunds or credits. Your spot, materials, and instructor time are reserved whether or not you attend.
