Create a leather journal that’s completely your own. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll choose from a selection of leather and elastic colors to design a refillable notebook that matches your personal style—then build it yourself from start to finish.
Your leather cover is designed to be used again and again. When you fill a notebook, simply swap it out for a fresh one while keeping the leather cover that will continue to soften, develop character, and become uniquely yours over time.
In this one-hour session, you’ll:
- Choose your favorite combination of leather and elastic colors
- Size and trim your leather cover for the perfect fit
- Punch and position the holes for your elastic system
- Assemble your refillable leather journal
- Insert two softcover notebooks so it's ready to use as soon as you leave
No previous leatherworking experience is necessary. We’ll provide the tools, materials, and guidance—you bring your sense of style.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a custom leather journal you designed and made yourself, complete with two notebook inserts and ready to fill with sketches, plans, stories, travel notes, or whatever comes next.

Same-day Workshop Booking
To book a same-day workshop, please give us a call at 414-207-9474. The website may not allow same-day bookings for some of our workshops, but we can often accommodate if you call us directly.
What dates are the workshops?

I'm interested in a class time that is not scheduled, do you offer custom classes?
If you are interested in a private class, or a special group class, please send us a message and we will do our best to meet your requirements while providing a great experience.
Is there an age limit for workshops?
We ask that children 12 and under be accompanied by an adult for all workshops. Older children are welcome to attend without an adult. Wine will only be served for individuals 21 or older.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is fairly generous. Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you cannot make a scheduled workshop or event so we can refund or reschedule you. Private events have different criteria. Please review the cancellation policy page for more details.
