Arrival Time
Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We offer a 15-minute grace period; however, if you’re late, we may be unable to hold your reservation, and your deposit could be forfeited due to our schedule and limited space. -
Food Policy
Feel free to bring your own light snacks to enjoy during the class, as we don’t provide food. -
Parking
Street parking only; please plan accordingly. -
Age Requirement
All are welcome! Guests under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. -
Accessibility
Our studio is accessible only by stairs. While we’re not wheelchair-accessible, we’ll do our best to accommodate—please reach out before booking with any special requests.

Same-day Workshop Booking
To book a same-day workshop, please give us a call at 414-207-9474. The website may not allow same-day bookings for some of our workshops, but we can often accommodate if you call us directly.
What dates are the workshops?
You can see the specific dates and times available by selecting the "Secure Your Spot" button for this workshop and exploring the calendar selection from there.
I'm interested in a class time that is not scheduled, do you offer custom classes?
If you are interested in a private class, or a special group class, please send us a message and we will do our best to meet your requirements while providing a great experience.
Is there an age limit for workshops?
We ask that children 12 and under be accompanied by an adult for all workshops. Older children are welcome to attend without an adult. Wine will only be served for individuals 21 or older.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is fairly generous. Please contact us as soon as possible if you know you cannot make a scheduled workshop or event so we can refund or reschedule you. Private events have different criteria. Please review the cancellation policy page for more details.
