'How?' not 'Why?'

Changing the questions you use to approach life unlocks near infinite possibilities. When we ask 'how' questions our brains can't help but come up with useful solutions. When we ask 'why' questions we solidify the beliefs we already have, often negative ones, instead of being open to new solutions.

Instead of "Why do the cats keep waking me up at 4am?" we can ask "How can I get the cats to let me sleep through the night?"
